When reporting an issue, it’s important to do so clearly and simply. Describe in detail what’s happening: whether the connection is slow, if it drops at certain times, or if there is an error message.

Mention when the issue occurs. Is it constant, or does it only happen at certain times of the day? Knowing this helps identify patterns and possible causes. If you made any changes before the issue began, such as moving equipment or updating software, it’s helpful to mention that.

There are two methods to create a support ticket with Starlink. The first is through the mobile app. This is the preferred method as it sends diagnostic information from your equipment, allowing for faster resolution.
To do this from the app, log into your account, click on the Support option, and then select the Contact Support button. The second method is via the Starlink website. Log in, navigate to the Support tab, and then click on Contact Support.
