Starlink is a satellite internet service that provides high-speed internet to users in rural and remote areas, utilizing a network of satellites to offer access.
It is important because it gives internet access to people in areas where other providers don’t offer service, and it is also a high-speed service that helps people who need the internet to work or study in areas with limited infrastructure.
Although Starlink is designed with cutting-edge technology, issues may arise, and it may be necessary to contact technical support.
In addition to the options of contacting Starlink’s technical support through the mobile app and website, it’s also possible to reach them via email.
This can be useful if you don’t have access to a mobile device or can’t access the website. However, it’s important to note that response times may be longer than when using the other options.
To contact Starlink’s technical support via email, you need to send an email to a specific address provided by Starlink.
It’s likely that you’ll need to include specific information in the email, such as your username, the serial number of your device, and specific details about the issue you’re experiencing.

It’s also recommended to include photos or videos that can help illustrate the problem.
Make sure the email is sent to the correct address and that all the necessary information is included, as this can delay the technical support’s response.
Starlink’s email address is: [email protected]
To ensure your request is properly received, include the subject line “Consumer Complaint.”

There is no way to fix this
It tells you to log in and the problem is I can’t log in.
This is very frustrating for me with the belief that Starlink is a top tier company with some of the greatest minds on this planet. And don’t even have a way to contact them outside of the app. When you call for help you get put into a robot loop that disappoints you even more.
Please fix this problem immediately
I love Starlink but if I can’t control account, I’m being forced to cancel it, and that’s not my intention.
